Is there a "do not contact" list?

Issue

We have vendors that we have tried and we would prefer not to use. Is there a Do Not Contact list where I can keep track of these vendors?


Explanation

If there's a vendor that you do not want to use again, you can add an alert message that will pop up when a user enters the vendor number. The alert message can say, for example, "Don't use this vendor," or you can terminate the vendor. Terminating a vendor will stop users from using the vendor to create new purchase orders, requisitions, or invoices.
