A warning icon displays next to the GL account field when you have entered an account that isn't included in the GL accounts that have been assigned to the department.
Solution: Check the GL accounts that are assigned to the department in System Management (Master Records > Setup/Modify Departments on the GL Accounts tab). Expand your range of account numbers to include the account numbers that you're trying to use and specify the beginning and ending GL account instead of using ALL.
