What if "source" displays instead of the department name?
Issue: When you print a report by department, the report prints "source" instead of printing the department name.
Fix: Make sure department is linked to an account header in General Ledger. You may need to work with the GL clerk. To see an example of how to set up an account header, navigate to time marker 1h8m43s.
