Assets by Groups Report

An Assets by Groups Report in Caselle Asset Management lists assets organized by their assigned asset groups. Groups are used to categorize related assets, such as by department, location, asset type, project, or operational function.

The report helps organizations:

  • review related assets together,
  • simplify inventory management,
  • analyze asset categories,
  • and support maintenance or replacement planning.

For example, the report might group assets by:
  • Police Fleet
  • Parks Equipment
  • Water Utility Infrastructure
  • IT Hardware

The report helps answer:

“Which assets belong to each asset group?”
