What's the difference between Summary and Transaction view?
Summary view provides a high-level overview of asset activity by grouping and totaling information, such as additions, disposals, or depreciation amounts. It is useful for quickly reviewing overall balances, trends, and totals without seeing every individual transaction.
Transaction view shows the detailed records behind those totals, including individual transactions, dates, amounts, and asset activity. It is useful when researching specific changes, verifying entries, or troubleshooting discrepancies.
Navigating
The system displays all of the transactions for the asset number that match the transaction type in the summary view. The summary view is located on the left side of the screen. Using Transaction Detail view displays everything that is saved in the transaction.
