Assembly List

You would print an Assembly List when you need a complete reference of the backflow assemblies maintained in your system. The report helps staff review assembly details such as locations, customers, assembly types, sizes, manufacturers, and testing status. It’s commonly used for record management, compliance reviews, planning inspections, and providing technicians or office staff with an organized overview of assemblies in the service area.

Do this...

1. Open Connect Backflow Management > Reports > Assembly List.

2. Select a report title from the Title field. Press Enter.

NotesNote: Caselle Master reports are available for printing a simple list or printing detailed information for each assembly. Using the Master reports will make it easier for you to review the assembly detail.

3. Do you want to include assembly models that have been approved?

Assembly models that have been approved will have the Approve Assembly Model checkbox selected in the Assembly Model maintenance. You can use the Approve Assembly Model setting to choose which assembly models are sanctioned by the organization and which assembly models are not accepted.

  • Yes, I want to include assembly models that have been approved. Select the Include Approved Assembly Models checkbox.

  • No, I do not want to include assembly models that have been approved. Deselect the Include Approved Assembly Models checkbox.

4. Do you want to include assembly models that have NOT been approved? Likewise, an assembly model is not approved when the Approve Assembly Model checkbox has not been selected in the assembly model's record.
  • Yes, I want to include assembly modes that have not been approved. Select the Include Unapproved Assembly Models checkbox.

  • No, I do not want to include assembly models that have not been approved. Deselect the Include Unapproved Assembly Models checkbox.

5. Click Print (CTRL+P).

The list prints.
