How do I send backflow notices to an alternate address?
Add another address to an assembly to send backflow notices to another recipient. Choosing the default setting will send backflow notices to the customer at the service address. In some situations, the backflow notice is sent to the property owner or landlord instead of the renter or tenant. When you add an alternate address, the location address where the assembly is installed and the alternate address are saved in the assembly record.
Adding mail to address to an assembly
1. Open Connect Backflow Management > Assemblies > Modify Existing Assemblies.
2. Click to select the Mail To Information tab.
3. Remove the checkmark from the Use Customer Information checkbox.
4. Enter the alternate mailing address.
5. Click Save (CTRL+S).
The mail to address is saved. When backflow notices are created for the assembly, the mail to address will print as the mailing address.
