Case Payoff Report

A Case Payoff Report shows cases with outstanding balances and the total amount required to fully satisfy all fines, fees, restitution, and court costs owed on each case. Courts print the report to review payoff amounts, assist defendants with payment information, support collection efforts, and verify that balances are accurate before cases are closed or marked as paid in full.

Use the Case Payoff Report to view cases that have a recorded a final payment and the case can be closed.
