Disposition List

A Disposition List is a report that shows cases and the final actions or outcomes entered by the court during a selected time period. It typically includes information such as the defendant, case number, charges, plea, judgment, and sentencing details. Courts print the report to track completed case activity, review court decisions, support reporting requirements, and maintain accurate legal and statistical records.

In Court Management, a disposition is the final settlement of a case. Use the Disposition List to print a list of disposed cases, including the associated charges, that occurred during the date range. Some courts may need to publish a list of court dispositions in the local newspaper. In this situation, use the option to leave out the offenses for defendants who are minors.

Examples of dispositions:

  • Suspended

  • Fine

  • Dismissed

  • Guilty Finding

  • Guilty by Default
