Can I convert an applicant into an employee?
After an applicant is hired, use Human Resources to convert the applicant's file into an employee record.
Do this...
1. Open Connect Human Resources > Employees > Setup New Employees.
2. Click to select the checkbox titled Copy From Applicant Record.
3. Use the Applicant field to enter the applicant name.
4. Press Enter to fill in the employee form with the applicant's information.
5. Fill in the remaining fields.
6. Click Save (CTRL+S).
The new employee record is saved.
