How do I submit a request? (Connect Online)
Submit a request for time-off. Use Connect Online to fill in the request
form and send it for approval. When the request is approved, you'll receive
a notification and the request will show up as a completed request.
Before you get started
Submitting a request
1. Open My Dashboard.
2. Click New Request.

The Employee Requests page displays.

3. Select the Leave Request.
The drop-down list will show all of the leave
requests that you can select.
If you have more than one position, use the
drop-down list to select the position that you want to use to make a request.
5. Fill in the remaining fields on the form.
The leave request form will show the fields
required for the selected leave request. This is an example of the fields
that show for a vacation leave request.

6. Click Submit.
