Print the workers compensation employee information to the form. This is the coversheet for workers compensation.
You'll need a form layout for the Workers Compensation Form.
1. Open Connect Payroll > State Reports > Workers Compensation Report.
2. Use the Title menu to select the report definition.
3. Use the section titled Report Dates to enter the report date range.
4. Do not select the checkbox titled Print Detail Report.
5. Click to select the checkbox titled Print Form.
6. Find the section titled Workers Compensation Hours Pay Codes.
7. Click Select.
The Selection form displays.
8. Click to select the pay codes to include on the Workers Compensation Report.
9. Click OK.
10. Click to select the Forms tab.
11. Use the Forms menu to select the form definition for printing the Workers Compensation form.
12. Click Print (CTRL+P).
Payroll prints the Workers Compensation Form.
