How do I set up job share for an employee position?

Employees will be able to choose the gender identity and personnel pronouns to specify how they want to be addressed by coworkers. You can store the employee's personal pronouns (he/him, she/her, they/them, sie, hir, zie, zirself, etc.) in the employee record.

The pronoun features displays in the Human Resources application when you set up a new employee. You can also find it with the employee's information in the Payroll application and you can update the employee's pronouns in the Human Resources and Payroll applications. The pronoun list can be customized, you can add a new pronoun or select a pronoun from a list of previous entries.

This feature is available in the 2022.11 release.
