How do I stop the manual allocations window from popping up?

If the employee position allocation is set up to show manual allocations, the Manual Allocations window will pop up every time the employee has amounts that need to be allocated.

You can disable the option to manually allocate in Modify Existing Employees. Go to the Positions tab, click on the Allocations tab, and then remove the checkmark from the Show Manual Allocations checkbox.
