How do I suppress repeated employee names and numbers?
The default setting prints the employee number and name for each pay code and rate.
Leave report showing repeated employee names and numbers
Change the report option to suppress instances when the same employee number and name is displayed two or more times. Suppressing repeated employee names and numbers will clean up the report to make it easier to scan and read.

1. Open Connect Payroll > Reports > Leave Report.
2. Click to select the Suppress Repeated Employee Names and Numbers.
