How do I view my pay statements? (Connect Online) (2024.11)

Look up my prior pay statements. A pay statement will show you detailed information about your earnings and deductions for a specific pay period. It may help you understand your compensation, manage your finances, and fulfill tax obligations. 

Viewing pay statements was added to Connect Online in the 2024.11 release. The IRS is using payment date to refer to the check date and you will see this word choice being used interchangeably with check date in Connect and Connect Online.  

Viewing my pay statements

1. Open My Dashboard. 

2. Click your user name. It's in the upper-right corner of the page.

3. Click Pay Statements. 

Fixing errors on my pay statements

If you find errors on your pay statement, contact your manager, payroll clerk, or human resources manager.
