How many hours will the employee work?

Estimate the employee's annual hours for a position. Example: If the employee works 40 hours per week for 52 weeks, or 1 year, then the estimated annual hours for this employee is 2,080.00

40 Hours x 52 Weeks = 2,080 Estimated Annual Hours

 

Estimating annual hours

1. Open Connect Payroll > Employees > Modify Existing Employees.

2. Use the Employee field to enter an employee name or number. Press Enter.

3. Click to select the Positions tab.

4. Use the pane on the Positions tab to select the position that you want to update.

5. Click to select the Wage tab.

6. Use the Estimated Annual Hours field to enter the hours that you expect the employee to work each year filling this position.  

The estimated annual hours are saved.
