What if I don't know my state requirements for quarterly reporting?

Issue

I don't know what I need to submit for quarterly reports for my state. How do I find out?

Explanation

The quarterly reporting requirements are different for each state. You will need to request the quarterly reporting requirements from your state.

Solution

Contact your state entities to request the quarterly reporting requirements for your organization. Some common items include the state unemployment withholding, workers compensation, and state withholding.

You may have additional state-specific information that you will need to include. Make a list of the state-specific information and identify the pay code the organization is using to collect the state-specific information. For example, health insurance.

When you have collected the state-specific information that you will need to submit quarterly reports, call us at (800) 228-9851 or use CIMS (Caselle Incident Management System) to submit a support request. We can help you set up the quarterly reports and forms that your organization will need to submit quarterly reporting forms to the state.
