Add a Social Security number to employee's record.
Adding a Social Security number to an employee record
1. Open Connect Payroll > Employees > Modify Existing Employees.
2. Look up an employee.
3. On the Employee tab, use the Social Security Number box to enter the employee's Social Security number.

4. Click Save
(CTRL+S).
The Social Security number is saved in the employee's record.
