How do I add a Social Security number? (Employees)

Add a Social Security number to employee's record.


Adding a Social Security number to an employee record

1. Open Connect Payroll > Employees > Modify Existing Employees.

2. Look up an employee.

3. On the Employee tab, use the Social Security Number box to enter the employee's Social Security number.

What if the employee's Social Security number begins with a zero? See the help topic titled How do I add a Social Security number that starts with zero?



4. Click Save (CTRL+S).

The Social Security number is saved in the employee's record.
