Issue

A customer has a transaction included in the date range that has not been updated to Connect General Ledger. 

 

Explanation

When a transaction is updated to Connect General Ledger, the transaction flag changes from not updated to updated. Transactions that should be updated for the period but have not been updated will be included in the error report. If a transaction has not been updated to the general ledger, it may cause a situation where a journal is out of balance. 

 

Solution

Run Update General Ledger (Organization > Update General Ledger) to update the transaction to Connect General Ledger. Use the transaction date from the error report as the beginning date and ending date. [More]
