How do I add a description to a rate?
This is the description that will be displayed when you select a rate number, use Search to look up rate, print a report, and so on. The description gives you a little more information in addition to the rate number.
Example: 101 (Electric - Residential - City), where 101 is the rate number and Electric - Residential - City is the rate description.

Adding a description to a rate
1. Open Connect Utility Management > Organization > Rates.
2. Use the Description box to enter a rate description.
