A checklist template is a checklist that someone sends to you to import and use in Connect. A checklist template is different from a shared checklist because you have ownership of the checklist so you can make changes to the checklist that will not be updated by other users.
Importing a checklist template will
add the checklist template to Manage Checklists as a new checklist.
Importing a checklist template will not
replace a checklist that you have created using a checklist template.
update the steps in an existing checklist.
add the new checklist template to My List View.
Import a checklist template is included in the 2024.02 release.
1. Open Manage Checklists.
Click .
Connect Main Menu, Toolbar
And then, click Manage Checklists.

2. Click the small button next to the New button.
3. Select Import a Checklist Template.
If you can't see this option in the menu, make sure you have downloaded the 2024.02 release.

4. Select the checklists to replace with the new checklist template.
Any checklists with a checklist name that matches the name on the checklist template will be included in the list. This list lets you know which checklists will be replaced with the updated checklist. If you don't want to replace the existing checklist, you can change the checklist name before you import the checklist template that would normally replace it.
