How do I install Caselle Service?
When you install Caselle Services running this routine will help you set up the Microsoft Message Queue and SMTP settings. The Microsoft Message Queue allows Caselle Services to use SMTP to send and receive email messages over the Internet.
Installing Caselle Service
1. Open Connect System Management > Installation > Install Caselle Services.
The Install Caselle Service Setup wizard launches.

2. Click Next.
The Caselle Email Service Setup screen displays.
Enable MSMQ
3. Click Next.
The wizard will check the server to see if MSMQ is installed. If MSMQ is not installed, you will need to install it before you continue to the next step.

4. Enter the Email Queue Name.
The email queue name is the name MSMQ will use to identify email for Caselle Services. The default name is Caselle Email.
5. Enter the Scheduling Queue Name.
The scheduling queue name is the name MSMQ will use to send and receive email for Caselle Services. The default name is Caselle Scheduling.
6. Click Next.
The SMTP screen displays. SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) is a protocol for sending and receiving email over the Internet.

7. Enter the Host.
The SMTP Host accepts email and forwards email to the Internet. If you need assistance identifying the SMTP Host, contact your IT Administrator or Internet Service Provider.
8. Enter the Port.
The default SMTP Port is usually port 25 in the network's Exchange server. However, you can verify the SMTP Port by logging in to the Exchange server or contacting your IT Administrator.
9. Enter the User Name.
Do not use the user name to log into Caselle Services.
10. Enter the Password.
This is the password to log into Caselle Services.
11. Click Next.
The Install Caselle Connect Email Service screen displays.
The Setup Wizard installs the Caselle Connect Email Service. A progress bar shows the installation status. This step may require several minutes.
When the Caselle Connect Email Service is installed, the Completing the Caselle Service Wizard screen displays.
12. Click Finish.
The MSMQ options are set up and the Caselle Connect Email Service is installed. You're ready to send and receive email using Caselle Services.
