How do I link a rate to a service?
When you set up a rate, you assign the rate to a service. The service will use the rate to calculate a billing amount.
Linking a rate to a service
1. Open Connect Utility Management > Organization > Rates.
2. Use the Service menu to select a service.

Changing a service on a rate
1. Open Connect Utility Management > Organization > Rates.
2. Click Restricted Fields.
The Service field is a restricted field. A restricted field has a gray background and the field is locked so you can't make any changes to it.

3. Enter a field access password to unlock the Service field.
Linking a rate to more than one service
You can link one rate to one service. If you need to link the rate to another service, you can copy the rate and create a new rate that you can link to the service. To copy a rate, click Copy (SHIFT+F7).
