Issue
I'm printing a checklist that has notes attached to some of the steps. When I print the checklist, it only prints the step. It doesn't print the notes. Is there a way to print the step and notes so the printed checklist has everything I need to complete it?
Explanation
In the checklist, for each step there's a Notes tab for adding additional text, explanation, or comments.
You can view the notes in Manage Checklists, by selecting the Notes tab.
You can also click the Notes icon in the electronic checklist.
With the 2025.02 release, you can also include the notes in the printed checklist.
Solution
To add notes for each step,
1. Open Connect System Management > Organization > Checklists.
2. Click to select a checklist.
3. Click to select Include notes.
4. Click GO (CTRL+G).
