How do I remove master departments?
This routine will delete a department record from the Master Department table. It will not delete a department record if the department record is used in another Caselle application.
Before you get started
Removing master departments
1. Open Connect System Management > Master Records > Delete Departments.
2. Select the Departments to Delete.
The Departments to Delete field will only display the names of departments that are not used by a Caselle application. If the list is blank, all of the departments in the master Department table are being used by another Caselle application. You'll need to delete the department from the Caselle application before you will be able to delete it from the master Department table.
3. Click GO (CTRL+G).
The master department is deleted from the Master Department table.
