If you're organization uses Connect Online 2019.02 or earlier, you'll need to preform the following steps after you install Connect Online 2019.05. These steps will ensure that online notifications continue to work.
1. Open Connect System Management > Organization > Organization.
2. Click to select the Email/Notifications tab.

3. Is the Activate Notifications checkbox selected?
Yes, the Activate Notifications checkbox is selected. Follow instructions in Option 2: The Activate Notifications checkbox IS selected.
No, the Activate Notifications checkbox is NOT selected. Follow instructions in Option 1: The Activate Notifications checkbox is NOT selected.

...select the Activate Notifications checkbox.

You're done.

Remove the checkmark from the Activate Notifications checkbox.

Click Save (CTRL+S) and then click Close
(CTRL+F12).

Open Connect System Management > Organization > Organization, click to select the Email/Notifications tab, and then select the Activate Notifications checkbox.
