Can I exempt an employee from an approval process?
Use this feature to stop submitting an employee's timesheet to an approval process for review. Timesheets are submitted to an approval process based on the position properties.
Removing an employee's position from an approval process
1. Open Connect Timekeeping Employees Modify Existing Employees.
2. Use the Employee field to enter an employee name or number. Press Enter.
3. Click to select the Positions tab.
4. Use the pane on the Positions tab to select a position.
5. Find the checkbox titled No Approval Process and click it to select it.
6. Click Save (CTRL+S).
The changes to the employee's position are saved.
