Error: Transactions not updated to project accounting

Issue

A pay period has transactions that have not been updated to the Project Accounting application. 

 

Explanation

Updating transactions will post timesheet and equipment transactions from the pay period to the Project Accounting application. Transactions that have not been updated to the Connect Project Accounting may cause a journal to be out-of-balance. 

 

Solution

To fix this issue, update the unupdated transactions to the Project Accounting application. 

1. Open Connect Timekeeping Organization Update Project Accounting. 

2. Select the pay period with the unposted transactions. 

You should use the default settings for posting unposted transactions.

Do not select the checkbox to update transactions that have already been updated. 

 

3. Click GO  (CTRL+G).
