How do I change the pay period weekending date and time?

The pay period weekending date and time is stored in the Organization table. When you change the pay period weekending date and time, the Timekeeping application will update the department pay period weekending date and time to match the new date and time in the Organization table. If a department uses a different pay period weekending date and time, you can change it in the Department table.

 

Changing the pay period weekending date and time for the entire organization

1. Open Connect Timekeeping Organization Organization.

2. Click to select the Organization tab.

3. Use the Week Ending box to select the pay period weekending day of the week and time.

4. Click Save (CTRL+S).

The pay period weekending date and time is saved for the entire organization.

 

Changing the pay period weekending date and time for a department

When you change the pay period weekending date and time, the Timekeeping application will update the department pay period weekending date and time to match the new date and time in the Organization table.
