Overview
Use a mass email notification to send the same message to many recipients at once—quickly, consistently, and from a single place.
It's designed for announcements that need broad visibility, such as service updates, reminders, or time-sensitive information. Instead of sending individual emails, Caselle Connect lets you deliver one message to a selected group with just a few steps.
Mass email notifications are commonly used to:
- Share important updates or notices
- Send reminders or deadlines
- Communicate changes that affect multiple users at the same time
Each recipient receives the email individually, but the message is managed and sent as a single notification.
Using mass email notifications helps you:
- Save time by avoiding repetitive email sends
- Ensure consistency so everyone receives the same information
- Reach the right audience by targeting specific groups or roles
Instructions
1. Go to Connect System Management > System Tools > Send Notifications.
2. Select the applications to pull the emails from.
Connect will use the emails from the application to set up the mailing list. For example, Business Tax Collections, Utility Billing, Business License, and so on.
3. Enter the email subject and body.
4. Click GO.
