How do I redisplay requisitions?

You can review the requisitions that you have created during a prior session. The transactions grid at the bottom of the Enter Requisitions view will show the requisitions that have been created during the current session, which may not be enough information if you need to update a requisition that wasn't created today. To look up requisitions that you created during a prior entry session, you will need to use Redisplay.

Redisplay helps you look up the requisition number and the requisition detail for any requisition. The requisition detail includes the requisition date, vendor number, description, GL account, quantity, and total cost. You can use this information when you need to edit the requisition details.

Redisplay is available in the 2023.02 release.

Redisplaying requisitions

1. Open Connect Accounts Payable > Purchases and Requisitions > Enter Requisitions.

2. Click Redisplay  (CTRL+R).

3. Enter the input date range for the requisition(s), and then press Enter.

This view will show the requisitions with requisitions dates that fall between the date range. Pressing Enter will show the requisitions in the grid.
