Use the renewal form to print a renewal notice that will tell the owner that it is time to renew an animal's license.
Before you run this report, you need to set up a license form and a renewal form in Organization > Forms.
1. Open Connect Animal License > Licenses > License/Renewal Forms.
2. Select a report title.
