If your importing assets or managing assets, you can set up the asset view to include or exclude asset fields. When you import assets, use these fields to map the fields in the import file to the fields in the Asset Management application. When you are managing pending assets, the entry form will include the Default Fields and you can add fields from the Optional Fields list to the entry form.
