1. Open Connect Asset Management > Reports > Capitalized Asset Report.
2. Select a report title.

4. Set up the Include Department Detail checkbox.
The department detail prints one report line for each asset and department. The report line will show the total capitalization amount for the asset/department combination. The department summary prints one report line for each asset. The report line will also show the total capitalization amount.

Yes, I want to include the department detail. Select the Include Department Detail checkbox.
No, I do not want to include the department detail. Deselect the Include Department Detail checkbox.
5. Set up the Include Report-Only Transactions checkbox.
A report only transaction is recorded and will be updated to the General Ledger as a report only transaction.
