Assembly Test Report

An Assembly Test Report is a report that provides the results and details of tests performed on backflow prevention assemblies. It typically includes information such as the assembly location, assembly type, test dates, tester information, test readings, and whether the assembly passed or failed inspection.

You would use this report to review testing history, document compliance with regulatory requirements, provide records for audits, and maintain accurate service and inspection records for each assembly.


Do this...

1. Open Caselle Connect Backflow Management > Reports > Assembly Test Report.

2. Select a report title from the Title field. Press Enter.

3. Do you want to use the current month as the report date range?

  • Yes, I want to use the current month. Continue to the next step.

  • No, I want to use a different date range. Change the Report Date, or click Advanced Options.  


4. Which test results do you want to include on the report?

You can control which test results are available in the options for Assemblies > Enter Assembly Test Results.

  • I want to select a tests for a single test result. Click on the test result name.

  • I want to select tests for multiple tests results. Press and hold CTRL while you click on the test names.

  • I want to select a range of test results. Press and hold Shift, and then click on the first item followed by the last item.  


5. Which testing sections do you want to include on the report?

A testing section refers to the tests that are preformed when an assembly is initially tested, when an assembly receives maintenance, and when an assembly is tested again after maintenance is performed (final).

  • I want to include a testing section. Select the checkbox. You can include testing sections for Initial, Repair, and/or Final.

  • I want to exclude a testing section. Deselect the checkbox.  


6. Do you want to print a line between records?
  • Yes, I want to print a line to separate records. Select the Print a Line Between Records checkbox.

  • No, I want to print records as is. Deselect the Print a Line Between Records checkbox.  


7. Click Save (CTRL+S).

The report prints.
