Backflow Variable List

Assembly and customer variables are available for most forms. Some Tester variables are available for the Tester Notice form only. Using an invalid variable will generate a warning message and the invalid variable will not be displayed on the form.

 

Backflow Last Notification Variables

Backflow Last Notification Sent Date

  • Group = Date, Form = General

  • Description: This variable displays the Sent Date that is stored in the Backflow Notification Activity table. It uses the last date that was stored in the Sent Date field.

Backflow Last Notification Type

  • Group = General, Form = General

  • Description: This variable displays the Notification Type that is stored in the Backflow Notification Activity table. It uses the notification type that was stored in the last notification record that was created.

Backflow Last Notification Description

  • Group = General, Form = General

  • Description: This variable displays the Description that is stored in the Backflow Notification Activity table. It uses the description from the last notification record that was created.

Backflow Last Notification Due Date

  • Group = Date, Form = General

  • Description: This variable displays the Notification Due Date that is stored in the Backflow Notification Activity table. It uses the due date from the last notification record that was created. 

Backflow Last Install Notice Variables

Backflow Last Install Notice Sent Date

  • Group = Date, Form = Install Notice

  • Description: This variable displays the Sent Date from the Backflow Notification Activity table. It uses the sent date from the last notification record that was created for an install notice.

Backflow Last Install Notice Due Date

  • Group = Date, Form = Install Notice

  • Description: This variable displays the Due Date from the Backflow Notification Activity table. It uses the due date from the last notification record that was created for an install notice. 

Backflow Last Testing Variables

Backflow Last Testing Date

  • Group = Date, Form = General

  • Description: This variable displays the last testing date that was recorded in the Backflow Activity table for Test Assembly.

Backflow Last Testing Results

  • Group = General, Form = General

  • Description: This variable displays the testing results for the last testing date that was recorded for a testing activity.

Backflow Testing Month

  • Group = General, Form = General

  • Description: This variable displays the Testing Month for the Backflow Assembly table.

Backflow Assembly ID

  • Group = General, Form = General

  • Description: This variable displays the Assembly ID from the Backflow Assembly table. This variable formats as [AssemblyID],[AssemblyID]...

Backflow Serial Number

  • Group = General, Form = General

  • Description: This variable displays the Serial Number from the Backflow Assembly table for each assembly at the location. This variable formats as [SerialNumber], [SerialNumber]...

Backflow Permit Number

  • Group = General, Form = General

  • Description: This variable displays the Permit Number from the Backflow Assembly table.

Backflow Protection Type

  • Group = General, Form = General

  • Description: This variable displays the Protection Type from the Backflow Assembly table.

Backflow Hazard Type

  • Group = General, Form = General

  • Description: This variable displays the Hazard Type from the Backflow Assembly table.

Backflow Hazard Level

  • Group = General, Form = General

  • Description: This variable displays the Hazard Level from the Backflow Assembly table.

Backflow Purchase Date

  • Group = Date, Form = General

  • Description: This variable displays the Purchase Date from the Backflow Assembly table.

Backflow Install Date

  • Group = Date, Form = General

  • Description: This variable displays the Original Installation Date from the Backflow Assembly table.

Backflow Assembly Location

  • Group = General, Form = General

  • Description: This variable displays the Assembly Location from the Backflow Assembly table.

Backflow Removal Date

  • Group = Date, Form = General

  • Description: This variable displays the Removal Date from the Backflow Assembly table.

Backflow Assembly Type

  • Group = General, Form = General

  • Description: This variable displays the Assembly Type from the Backflow Assembly table.

Backflow Assembly Model Manufacturer

  • Group = General, Form = General

  • Description: This variable displays the manufacturer from the Backflow Assembly Model table.

Backflow Assembly Model Size

  • Group = General, Form = General

  • Description: This variable displays the size from the Backflow Assembly Model table.

Backflow Assembly Model Orientation

  • Group = General, Form = General

  • Description: This variable displays the orientation from the Backflow Assembly Model table.  

 Backflow Assembly Model
