Customer Inquiry

View customer transactions in Customer Inquiry. Begin by opening Connect Backflow Management > Customer Inquiry. Backflow Management uses the same Customer Inquiry as the Utility Management application. All of the information for Backflow Management is displayed on the Backflow tab.


 

 

Assembly Activity Tab

This tab lists activities to install, remove, replace, test, and so on. It lists the date the activity occurred, the results or follow up action, and the department or individual who requested the activity.

Notification Activity Tab

This tab shows the notifications that have been sent to the customer concerning this assembly.  

Assembly 1 and 2 Tab

These tabs show additional information for the assembly.

Detail Tab

Show fields that have been selected by the user to display in Customer Inquiry.

Attachments Tab

View documents, images, PDF's, or files that are linked to the assembly.

Notes Tab

View notes related to the assembly.
