Do you want to modify the description?

The Description field displays the default description from the test assembly action code. You can set up the default options to allow you to change the text in the Description field.


Changing the default option to modify the Description field

1. Open Connect Backflow Management > Assemblies > Enter Assembly Test Results.

2. Click Options (F12).

3. Set up the field titled Allow Description to be Modified..

What do you want to do?

  • I want to use the default description. Click to select the checkbox titled Allow Description to be Modified.

  • I want to edit the description of the assembly activity. Do not select the checkbox titled Allow Description to be Modified.


4. Click OK.

The default setting is saved.
