Error: General ledger interface problem

Issue

The General Ledger interface is set to Caselle 4.x, but a connection to the associated database couldn't be made. 


Explanation

Connect can't connect to the Connect General Ledger even though the General Ledger interface is set up for the application. 


Solution

To fix this error, try these options.

  • Exit Connect and check the configuration file settings. 

  • Submit a support ticket for assistance.
