Error: Invalid general ledger accounts

Issue

A general ledger account is not correct.


Explanation

A transaction was created using an invalid GL account. An invalid GL account is any account that isn't included in the chart of accounts in the General Ledger application. Connect cannot update transactions linked to an invalid GL account to General Ledger.


Solution

To fix this error,

  • Correct the invalid GL account on a billing type. (Organization > Billing Types)

  • Correct the invalid GL account for the General Ledger interface. (Organization > General Ledger Interface tab)
