I can't launch Create State Reporting File. Why not?
Issue
I need to create a state reporting file for my state. But when I launch the Create State Reporting File link, a warning message displays that says, "State Not Implemented: We have not yet implemented your state for electronic reporting." I know electronic reporting is set up for my state. Why am I seeing this error message?

The error message displays when
the state reporting file for a state does not have an electronic file created for it.
the state is not entered in the State box in Organization. (Organization > Organization)
State reporting is set up for:
Colorado (CO)
Kansas (KS)
New Mexico (NM)
Oklahoma (OK)
Oregon (OR)
Texas (TX)
Solution
To fix this issue,
check if the state has an electronic reporting file and it's supported by Connect Court Management. If the state is not supported, contact Caselle support to submit a support ticket to request it.
check if the state 2-character abbreviation (that needs the state reporting file) is entered in the State box in Organization.
