I can't see payments from an online payment provider. Where are they?
Issue
I'm using Xpress Bill Pay to enter payments.
Explanation
If you are using Xpress Bill Pay, a third-party online bill pay provider, or Cash Receipting to enter court payments, you will not be able to receive payments if the case is closed. A closed case should have a zero balance and closing a case will prevent other users or routines, including Cash Receipting, from creating new transactions.
