Inventory Reorder Point Report

Use this report to identify inventory items that have reached or fallen below their reorder levels. The Inventory Reorder Point Report helps users monitor stock levels, prevent inventory shortages, support purchasing decisions, and maintain appropriate inventory quantities. This report is commonly used for inventory planning, replenishment management, and ensuring materials remain available to support operational needs.


 

Printing inventory reorder point report

1. Open Connect Materials Management > Reports > Inventory Reorder Point Report.

2. Set up the Include Inventory within [ _ ]% of the Reorder Point checkbox.

Use this option to select the quantity at which an inventory item should be included on the report. 

Do you want to include inventory items that are close to the reorder point?

  • Yes, I want to include inventory items that are close to the reorder point. Select the Include Inventory within [ _ ]% of the Reorder Point checkbox. Then, enter a percentage in the  [ _ ]% of the Reorder Point field.

  • No, I only want to include inventory items that are equal to or less than the inventory item's reorder point. Leave blank the Include Inventory within [ _ ]% of the Reorder Point checkbox.  

 

3. Set up the Include Active Bid Requests checkbox.

An active bid request is the period when you are receiving bids on an inventory item.

Do you want to include inventory items with an active bid request?

  • Yes, I want to include inventory items with active bid requests. Select the Include Active Bid Requests checkbox.

  • No, I want to exclude inventory items. Leave blank the Include Active Bid Requests checkbox.  

 

4. Click Print (CTRL+P).
