Replace the saved settings in Account Inquiry with the default settings from Caselle. These instructions show you how to restore the default settings in Account Inquiry; however, the same steps will work on any inquiry screen.
Tip! If you want to use the current layout for later, you'll need to save the layout. Restoring the default settings will replace the current layout with the Caselle default layout.
1. Open Connect General Ledger > Account Inquiry.
2. Right-click anywhere on the table.
3. Select Restore Default Layout.
