How do I view the budget transaction type? (Account Inquiry)

Set up the budget transaction tab in Account Inquiry to show the budget transaction type. Adding the Type column allows you to view the transaction type so you can verify transactions have been created and saved as budget transactions. When a user uses Connect Online to enter budget transactions, those budget transactions will be displayed as pending transactions instead of being displayed as a budget transaction. 

Anyone who uses Account Inquiry to view budget transactions can use the Type column to review the budget type. 

 

 

Adding the Type column to the Budget Transactions tab

1. Open Connect General Ledger > Account Inquiry. 

2. Click to select the Budget tab > Budget Transactions tab. 

3. Right-click on the header row in the transaction grid and then select Column Chooser.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the list and then drag and drop Type to the header row.
