Issue

I can't open the Close a Budget Level routine. This error message keeps popping up.

Explanation

This warning message displays when you try to close a budget level but the current year-ending date isn't set for the organization. 

 

Solution

You may need to contact the application administrator for assistance. 

The current year end date is saved in Organization > Organization in the Current Year End box. The current year-ending date should be displayed here.

If the box is blank, enter the date the current year will end. For example, if fiscal year ends the last day of June, then the current year end would be 06/30/YYYY. Where YYYY is the current year.
