If an account has unupdated actual amounts, an Amounts Not Updated link displays under the period with the unupdated amounts. If an account does not allow budget amounts, clicking the Amounts Not Updated link will search subsystems for unupdated transactions and then display the unupdated transactions in the following order:
General Ledger Encumbrance, Actual, Total (Bold)
Accounts Payable Encumbrance, Actual
Cash Receipting
Payroll
Materials Management
Adjusted Total (Bold)
General Ledger Budget
(Over)/Under (Bold)
1. Open Connect General Ledger > Account Inquiry.
2. Click the Amounts Not Updated link.
Remember, the Amounts Not Updated link only displays when there are amounts that have not been updated in the selected period.
The Pending Amounts dialog box displays a list of unupdated transactions for the selected period.
3. Click the Print button (it's located in the upper-left corner).
The Pending Amounts report prints.
