Use Connect Online to approve requests for changes in the Human Resources application. The Approve Requests page will show you the requests that have been submitted that are assigned to you for review. You can use the Approve Requests page to approve or deny a request.
We added a new approval form to Connect Online that managers can use to approve requests. This clip shows you how to set up the options to use the new approval form and shows you what the new approval page will look like in Connect Online.
1. Open My Dashboard.
2. Click View My Requests to Approve.

3. Use the Approve Requests page to review your requests.
The Approve Requests page shows the requests that are assigned to you or assigned to an approval group that includes you.

What do you want to do?
I want to approve the request. Use the Status box to select Approve to move the request to the next step in the approval process. If this is the last step in the approval process, the employee who submitted the request is notified of the approved request.
I do not want to approve the request. Use the Status box to select Deny. The employee who submitted the request is notified of the denied request. The way in which the request is set up in the Requests table will determine if the employee can make changes and resubmit the denied request or if the employee needs to start over by submitting a new request.
