The Social Security number (SSN) is a nine-digit number assigned to an individual by a government program that provides money to people who are unable to work because they are old, disabled, or unemployed.
Note: Do not key the dashes. Do not enter an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) instead of a Social Security number. ITINs are only available for residents and nonresidents who are not eligible to work in the U.S.
The Driver License Number is the number assigned by a state government that permits the person to drive a vehicle.
